About Evelyn

Hi there!

My Linkedin Profile says that, "I am an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer/customer services industry. Skilled in Event Management, People Management, Project Management, and Fundraising. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a MBA focused in Finance."

But, how does one come to provide such a range of services?

As an anxious person, I live for the thrill of organizing and troubleshooting chaos. I became very skilled at looking at every detail and seeing things outside of the box. I also became really good at working smarter and not harder. And this garnered attention that made me an easy target to be wrangled into volunteering in all aspects of my children's lives: school and extra-curricular.

But, as a person trying to figure out their purpose, I grasped the opportunity to dabble in all areas that I have been interested in. Everything became a hobby! And then my what I enjoyed doing in my (not so) free time became opportunities to build a business!

Why Do I Love What I Do?

Since I was young, I knew I wanted a career that helped people. I have always been a people pleaser! I have wanted to solve everyone's problems. And the only thing I want in return is to see people glow with joy.

For the longest time, I thought my calling was to be a pediatrician. But, as I grew older, I had this deep desire to want to change the world. Unfortunately, I have yet to solve world peace or hunger. Yet, in trying to find my purpose in this world, I started to realize that bringing a sense of joy to people's lives was as simple as: organizing their office space, cleaning up after an event, finding a better way to save time on a project, or helping design a t-shirt.

In finding my purpose, I have manage to turn my interests in to ways to help my community. With gratitude, these opportunities to lending a helping hand have turned in to paid services. So, I have become very passionate in helping non-profits grow their footprint so they can better serve their patrons while staying within the means of their budget.
